I was wondering if the Rules and Alerts in Outlook can use wildcard expressions. For example *@anydomain.com. So basically any email from that domain would be moved to a specific folder I have setup in Outlook.

Thanks for your help.

Check the box that says

with specific words in the sender's address

Tibi gratias agimus quod nihil fumas.

All of Outlook's (and OE's) rule critera for words and e-mail addresses are always treated as wildcards - wildcard characters are not required.

rules for the word [!]car[/!] will catch 'mastercard' etc.
rules for an email address [!]@[/!] or [!].[/!] will catch every valid address.

Seach this forum for several in-depth discussions of mail rules.
