I asked this a while ago (last year) but got no answer. I'm hoping there's someone here who can help now
We have an Exchange mailbox that received emailed alerts from various places & I've written a lot of rules (>100) to set flags & move the emails to the relevant subfolders.
Two problems:
1) As it's not my mailbox, but one opened as a secondary mailbox by everyone in IT, and the alerts come in overnight, I have to run the rules manually. This involves going down the list & ticking them in the GUI - any way to automate this?
2) There must be a way to edit the rules without going through the GUI - it's fine for creating the odd message but when you want to play around with this many it would be easier to manually edit a table or list.
So, does anyone have any hints & tips or know of a replacement for Outlook Rules?
