i have written some internal software for our company where customers can request product guides and weekly flyers to be emailed to them, but i dont want them to get the address of each department person that sends out the information, which is whats happening now and now they get all kinds of requests that they are not responsible for. is there a way to cloak the senders address with a different one, like a generic catch all that is monitored by a help desk???? thanks

When they create the email, they can click OPTIONS and select a different email for replies. But basically you cannot remove your address because it is a security requirement to stop SPAM. If you remove your address from the mail header, it will be rejected by your ISP.

However, the majority of users will click REPLY and it will send to the address specified in OPTIONS. You could also include the correct enquiries address on the product guides and flyers too.

Another method is to create a special email account that all users can log into for sending the flyers. You can then add the correct enquiry address on the flyers and state that 'this is an unmonitored account, do not reply to this email' and simply get Exchange to dump all mail received on that address.
