Outlook reply and forwarding issues

Hi all!

I have several users on my network that are having a problem while trying to reply or forward a message in Outlook. When trying to add or modify existing text in the message, "MS Office Setup" appears on the line being modified instead of the text being added. Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Any help would be appreciated
