Whenever I send stuff out on the company's distribution list on outlook, I get a copy for the email as well. Is there a way of sending out on the company's distribution list but excluding myself. The problem is if I reply all, I also get the reply, which is a bit annoying

Say the distribution list is Developers and my address is xwb@xxx.com. I have tried Developers - xwb@xxx.com but that doesn't work.

Is there a way of using a distribution list which contains my email address for sending out an email excluding myself? [ul]
[li]There are lots of sites that tell me how to remove one person from the distribution list. This is OK if there are 5 to 10 people in the list but when there are 80, looking for your name isn't that easy. Also doing that is a bit tedious[/li]
[li]I do not wish to be removed from the company's distribution list since that would stop me getting anything that someone else sent out[/li]
[li]I do not wish to have my own copy of the distribution list since I won't get updates to the distribution list[/li]
[/ul]

Is there some special syntax for doing this?

Not that I am aware of. I used to have an Outlook rule that basically looked t see if an incoming message to me had been sent by me

Didn't think of using rules. Guess that's good enough
