Outlook reminders

I have a user who entered their entire calendar of events with a reminder set. After the fact they decided that they did not want the reminders. Does anyone know of a way to change all reminders on an Outlook calendar without going into each individual event? Most of the events are one time events without the any reoccurrences.

Hi JK,

Are you wanting to turn off reminders completely?? or are you just wanting to stop the reminders on the already created meetings?

To stop them all completely, you can go into tools,options,other,advanced options,reminder options and unclick "Display the reminder".

However if you want to keep reminders for new events, then I think you may be stuck going through manually and removing them from each meeting.
