Outlook - Recurring Appointments

Hi,

I'm using Outlook 2003 and want to set up a recurring appointment each month on working day 10.

However i'm finding it difficult to schedule an appointment in this way as the nearest available option is to schedule a meeting on 'day x of each month'. However due to the weekends working day 10 obviously moves around a bit.

Any idea if this can be done. I guess accountants would find this type of scheduling useful but I can't find any solution yet.

You can't do that in Outlook natively. You'd need to do it in VB or Access as you'd need to calculate the dates before creating the appointment.
