Probably the same as the rest of them...
Either open a bunch of *clean* stuff or find the mention in the registry. Just run regedit and do a find for whatever the name of one of those things was. You'll find it under the MRU folder (most recently used) or something like that. It'll appear just like that list.
You could also try:
Start-Settings-Taskbar, choose the Start menu programs, and then hit the Clear button by the documents.
