Is there a way to request a receipt with out the other person haveing the option of saying NO? I would like to know if and when the person gets my email.
Doubt if it is possible, however, what you can do, depending on your situation is to change the receivers' side of things.
At my company, read and receipt confirmations are automatically awnsered yes, and the users do not have the ability to turn it off. Don't know exactly where, but some policy/registry setting i guess.
