Outlook - Receieving Emails

Last couple of days have not been able to recieve any emails. Outlook says its receieving emails but they don't arrive.
Use same server with another computer to recieve emails and having not provblems so assume it's my computer.
Last email I got had virse and receieved this message from nortons
Subject of the message: Re: eBay Item: 22 premium precept extra spin used (Item #3604467602) The attachment "New Text Document.txt.scr" was Quarantined for the following reasons:
The file was unrepairable. Virus Info:
Virus W32.Bugbear.B@mm was found.
No attachment seems to be there.
There is nothing in quantine
Since this message no emails recieved.
Have tried repair and fix to no effect.
Any suggestions would be welcome

Have you tried setting up a new account as your account info may have been corrupted?

Delete you current outlook profile on the affected PC.

Right Click Outlook/Properties
Depending on version you will see a profiles option somewhere on the dialog display.

Remove the Outlook folder from
C:\Docs & Settings\Your User name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (XP/2000)
c:\Winnt\profiles\Your user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook (NT4)

Recreate your profile by setting up your server and account details in Outlook.
