If I set all messages sent to me from "Robert" to be displayed in RED, how do I prevent messages sent to me from "Roberta" from also being colored RED?

Outlook should resolve the display name to the E-mail address stored in contacts. E-mail addresses are, by design, unique.

"Robert" is not a Contact, but a member of the Global Address List. "Roberta" is a Contact.
