Outlook question

Hi,

I have a question about two staff members that share a contacts list.

I was wondering if it is possible to have Outlook automatically import a contacts list from a server whenever Outllok opens. I would also want so that if they change or update the list it would automatically export the list to the same server.

is this possible?
