Is it possible to grant access to multiple users so that they can use the same personal mail files? I know that it can be done on the exchange server, but can it be done with the personal files.

Thanks
B

In my experience with these files there are two answers:

1). Yes - I have had the same .pst on multiple machines.

2). No - Only one session of this .pst can run at any one time. I have found it easier to run exchange for these instances...

Of course with Exchange, many sessions can run at once.

That is my experience as well. The only problem is that our exchange server admins have a limit on file size for the server accounts and this mailbox has the tendancy to recieve a huge quantity of mail, that is why we use the .pst files. Thanks for you response
