Hello All,
I been asked to find out some informaiton on this topic.

This is exactly what I need told.
Code:
Please look into the Outlook functionality and see what is available around restricting mail to only specific users. For example, I send Eric a confidential e-mail and he forwards it to half the building. He says, I didn’t think you would mind. This is a made up example but it does happen. Rob puts DO NOT FORWARD on some of his mail. What I would hope for is that Outlook has a setting that prevents mail from being directed outside of the intended e-mail recipient much like “flag for followup”.

Any ideas...
Please advice..
Thanks in advance

not that i can think of. once an email is received it becomes the property of that recipient; they can then do anything they want with/to it.

i vaguely remember a utility that placed code (html) in am email and would automatically add the original sender as a sort of BCC when their email was forwarded. can't remember the name or where i ran across it, sorry.

finally, never put anything in writing that you would not want to be read by someone other than a specific person and always assume that your emails will become public property once they leave your machine.

I did some research and found this.
You can make custom forms in outlook and disable reply, reply all, forward buttons in your email.

That works for me..Thanks..
