Outlook pulling up addresses from old server in the To box?

I recently upgraded from 5.5 to exchange 2003. I've updated everyone's outlook to point to the new server and took the old server offline.
The problem is when I send a new email to some users (not all) and type in the users name in the to box, Outlook finds two address for the same name. One of them is for the new server and the other is the old, which of course doesn't work. This doesn't happen when I click the to button and select the same user.
How can I stop my outlook from finding the users address which points to the old server? I'm sure it's a setting on my outlook and not the server but it's driving me crazy.

Thanks

Thats on the outlook client..it's like a autocomplete feature that uses cacheing. Instead of going to each computers profile and changing the settings i would just add the email domain to your exchange server.

Close outlook.
Navigate to:

c:\documents and settings\<username>\application data\microsoft\outlook

Delete any files ending .NK2

Start Outlook. Go to Tools, Accounts. Bottom entry is directory, choose that and remove the MAPI entry then add a new one. Then tick all contacts folders Outlook Address Book options as appropriate.

Repeat for all users.
