Outlook .pst error running brightstoe replication software

Hi

Has anyone any ideas why all 2000 OS users intermittantly loose their email connection to outlook.pst which resides in their personal directories when, Brightstor replication software is loaded. It does not even have to be replicating. I have tried running the latest patch as advised by Computer Associates.

It appears that XP users are OK.

Any ideas whould be gratefully received.
