We are running Win xp, Office xp and Exchange 2000 ( I think)
One user, when she sends an email, if the user is not in the address book ( which is global) it prompts her to add it. This is bad, because users cannot add to the address book. Thier own, yes, but they wouldn't normally do that.
Anyway, we want to stop Outlook from prompting to add email address as a new contact. How can I stop this from happening?
Thanks.
