Outlook programmers - print forms

I want to print the form I designed either as a table or as is. The only option I can get to work is PrintOut. I can do it in VB but do not know how to make it reference the form. Any idaes???

I know that if you are trying to print an Outlook form that you have created. You must install setupex.exe from

http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/2000/appndx/toolbox.htm#OCustFrm

This is under the section on Outlook Custom Forms print add-in and ActiveX control. This one is for Office 2000.
