Outlook Profiles

I was explaining to a friend how to set up profiles and now, even though I have only one account, I am being asked to select a profile when I log on to MS Outlook 2003.
Clicking 'Options' and setting my account to the Default Profile makes no difference.
How can I get rid of this Choose Profile dialog box coming up every time I log on?

You set the option that says "Always use this profile" and not "prompt for a profile to be used".
