Hi all,
Sorry for double posting here and in Exchange 2003 but I could not find an MS Outlook forum.
I was trying to delete the one and only Outlook profile on one of my desktops. The email account resides on an Exchange 2003 server. So I went into Control Panel > Mail > Show profiles > highlighted "Outlook" and selected Remove.
The profile was removed successfully. However, when I tried to launch Outlook immediately after that, it still opened the email account/profile that was deleted. I closed Outlook and made sure no Outlook.exe processes were running and launched Outlook again but it still loaded the email account that used to belong to that profile.
Do I need to remove the profile entry in the registry or would a log off/log on do the trick?
