I have two problems that have just started happening.
1. New users accounts are comming up with the check name box even after pointing the account to the correct user and applying. After pointing to the Display Name outlook will work for that session, but when that user logs on next time the Check Name box comes up again.
2. A couple of users have had the message You Do Not Have Permission To Log On when trying to open Outlook.
We are using Outlook 97 and Excahnge 5.5
