outlook Problem with windows vista

Hi All,

i have a small network with isa server 2000,opearting systems are winxp 2000 and windows vista Ms outlook is not working in windows vista.i updated isa client and sp2 for isa server, but still same problem,if i use a wireless router then its working.would you help me to solve the problem?
