We have a user who was using Windows 2000 and was able to see her boss's private appointments on his XP machine just fine. After upgrading HER computer to XP, she was able to view her boss's regular appointments but not his private appointments anymore. They are both using Office XP with the latest updates and service packs. We tried removing her as a delegate and reassigning her with the correct permissions and checked the box that allowed her to view his private items but still no luck. Any ideas?

I had this problem and this was the fix:

Right Click on Calendar Icon on the Outlook Bar
Choose Properties and Permissions
Make sure Permission Level is set to None and not Reviewer

IByte!

Thanks for the reply! I tried what you suggested on both the computers and still no luck. When I switched permissions to 'None' on her boss's computer, she was no longer able to see ANY appointments at all (which makes sense). I tried playing with the different permissions and also switching between editor, author, etc..

This problem is really frustrating, especially when it's between the president of the company and his assistant! Anyone else experience this same problem?
