Outlook plugin

I have one x V8 and the outlook plug in installed, initially couldnt get any presence working within the plug in but found out it needs to be installed via admin logon.Once I did this the BLF/Presence works correctly. However I cant get the Vmail indication working,I get message via Call assistant but not in the plug in for outlook. I have all firewalls etc turned off but still no joy, anyone any ideas???? I have tried embedded and VM pro but still same

Uninstall one x again and re install making sure during setup that vm settings are setup properly, made the same mistake.

Do you mean the plug in or the whole one X application?

The one x server.
It doesn't take very long install one x server and run it again

The voice mail indication within One X is working fine its just the outlook plugin that doesn't indicate a message
