Outlook Plug-in One-X portal issue

Outlook plug-in in One-X portal Release 8.0.42 issue.. Contacts get imported incorrectly, eg. 123-456-7890 imports as 123-546-7980. I tried to delete the imported contacts and re-import them back into One-X but I can’t delete the outlook group created.. How do I delete the imported outlook list.

Openraheem-I have a different issue with the plug in. Directories and call logs come across to the client. Voice messages and current call info does not. Same issue with the call assistant. Tried opening outlook as administrator, turned off all my firewalls, tried thru different browsers (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox). None of my customers' computers nor my own laptop will bring across this info. Any thoughts?
