Outlook plug in 6

Hi all,

I just to have the outlook plug in 4 for Nupoint and it was working great, I upgrade to Nupoint 14 and try to install the new outlook plug in 6, for some reason is not allowing me to setup the user profile like I did before prior to the update. Plug in install correctly but all the options are gray out. I don’t know what I’m missing I did the plug in years ago.
