Hi all,

I have been asked to sort out the e-mail situation at work. I have set up auto archives on everyone's folders but have run into a problem. Some of our employees have other employee's folders mapped to their Outlook clients. Now, the question. If these folders are archived, then would I be right in thinking that the owner of folder/Inbox, whatever, would not be able to access these archived e-mails as they will be archived onto the D partition by the other employee. I realise that I could just not set the auto archive on the mapped folders but if I do that, I would be interfering with the settings of the owner.

Suggestions?!
