Outlook - OWA

I am running exchange 5.5 and have a problem with newly created useres accessing thier e-mail from the WEB (Outlook Web Access)
I can access the users mail box from the Outlook client, but attempts to access the same account through our web portal, the login fails.

There are many users here (including myself) that can access mail through either method?

is there somthing special in the Active directory that must be assigned to new users?

Try restarting your IIS services. If that dosen't work resetting their passwords should help.
