Outlook - Open an appointment via hyperlink. i posted this in the Office forum by mistake.
I would like to know if there is a way to crate a hyperlink in an email that, when clicked, will open a specific appointment from a public calendar.
I'm a trainer with several class sessions per day. I want to email the schedule to users and let them click a link to the session they want to attend. The link in turn, opens the proper appointment (class session) and lets them add their name to the form to reserve a seat.
I'm currently using a hyperlink that opens the entire training calendar and users have to search for the date and time. Using hyperlinks will make the class invitations more efficient.
maybe I need to install/copy the VBA code to every user PC. That's no problem.
