Outlook only prints header

Workstation: HP D530 SFF
OS: XP SP1
Office Product: Outlook 2000 (SP3).

When printing from Outlook only the message header prints, and oddly enough if it's a long email, the second page but not the first. Everything looks right in print preview. Printer (HP 4600) works fine at any other workstation etc. Not user specific, strangely workstation specific. Prints fine to 4200 but not 4600.

Can't really find much on it, if anything. Re-imaged the workstation the last time which fixed the problem, for two weeks.

Has anybody seen/solved this?

sounds like a printer driver issue. One thing to try is this. What email are you using? If outlook or one where the format can be changed, change the format of the email to text only or rich text, and try that. Otherwise it may be a simple printer driver issue. check for updated drivers.
