I am using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 and every time people open Outlook they can only open in safe mode. I will give as much info as I can. There are some PST files out there. Also, they are logging into Outlook by using Remote Desktop into a Terminal Server. Please let me know if you need any other informaiton.
