Outlook on IE Toolbar

You can try this and see what it does. IE/ Tools/ Internet Options/ Programs. What have you in there for Email?
IE/ View/ Toolbars/ Customize. Take the Mail icon from Available Toolbars and place it in Current Toolbars.
