Outlook Off line folders

I want to figure out how to Sync my sales force's email from Outlook running on our citrix server to the offline folder on their local laptops.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

It's better not to do this - the whole point of thin client is that it's server-based computing, and everything is much faster online. ICA is not designed for file transfer, which is essentially what is happening when the offline folders are updated.

However, you could put the *.ost files onto an ftp area and give your sales force instructions on how to ftp.

Have you had any luck on finding a solution for this?? I am also trying to figure out how to sync up my COO's local outlook with his citrix outlook. Let me know if you've found anything out. Thanks.
