Outlook Object in Excel

I am trying to create a task in Outlook from Excel. The code will not recognize the Outlook application. In older versions I had to add it to the object library. But I can't find out how to do that in the newest Office. How do I add Outlook to the Object Library

In the VBE (Alt F11) menu Tools -> References ...

I have 2007. F11 gets me the chart menu

With the Alt key depressed type the F11 key.

The references in the VBE are greyed out so I can't access them

You should be in a macro enable context ...
