Outlook not starting

Hello,

I have a problem with a staff members profile. I just changed it to a roaming profile from being mandatory. Now Outlook 98 and 2000 won't start. I get a message saying "cannot start Microsoft Outlook" but nothing else. These programs work for other people.

Can anyone help?
