Hi All,
Heres the problem I'm getting at the moment.
At my workplace we use MS Office and our e-mail is worked through an exchange server.
Someone tried sending a .ppt file via email to another user. The email appeared to send yet nothing was put into the 'Sent Items' folder and the recipient did not recieve the email.
Another person reported the same problem, again with a different .ppt file
We have no block on powerpoint files and the size of the file comes no where near our maximum file size allowed to send.
Bare in mind that the users can send other .ppt files. It just seems to be the odd one or two with a problem.
It also doesnt matter who the sender or recipient is of the email, I have tested that.
Could anyone shed any light on this problem? It's baffling me!
Thanks
Rich
