User had a power failure while entering Contacts in Outlook (Office 2000/XP Home). Now Outlook opens, but when you click on anything it stops responding. No error msg, just no response, and takes forever to close with task manager. Here's what I've tried:

Detect and Repair
Scanpst - said no errors found
Full Uninstall/Reinstall of Outlook
moved .pst file and let it create a new one, then when I tried to import the original pst file it froze again. It's acting like the pst is bad, but if scanpst finds no errors, what else can I do?
