Outlook not prinitng all characters

We have a situation that effects some of our users when printing emails from Outlook 98. On their screen, the emails look fine, but when they print the email to a HP 5si printer, not all of the words are printed and sometimes, not all the fields are printed.

Anyone any clues???

What driver are you using? There are a few drivers for the HP5si printer.

We've ran into this problem also, each time it was either a font problem (change font) or the email we were trying to print was in HTML format, switching it to Rich Text would allow it to print.
