To change over from one mail server to a new dedicated server we apparently only have the option of downloading one mailbox at a time. (No IMAP available, we are told) copying the inbox to a holding pen, then copying the contents of a folder to the inbox, downloading that one, copying those into the appropriate folder set up in Outlook, etc etc, yada yada.
Here is the problem: The first two went well, but now Outlook won't download the copied messages from the Inbox, either. Any help out there? These messages are not that old. Perhaps there is a rule I can't find (finding any rules is counter intuitive in Outlook) limiting the age of downloaded messages? Using help with no success. And I have marked them as unread on the server.
