Outlook not creating new profiles in citrix

i have installed office 2003 on the windows 2003 terminal server using a .mst file with the server name, serial key, etc. from a network share.

office went through fine and installed.



BUT the problem im having is that it has 1 users profile set in no matter who logs into citrix and double clicks on outlook.



it is creating new profiles for who ever logs in.

okay figured it out.
seems that the default user profile had a profile set in outlook so everyone else had the same.
had to logon as a user delete the profile, then in system
change that to the default profile.
