Outlook not Archiving

I have a user that is having a problem with her Outlook not archiving. I've even tried doing it myself manually and it's not pulling the e-mails older than the specified date into archives. What would cause this to not work correctly?

If it has worked before but suddenly stopped, check that the archive PST file has not grown to near the 2Gb limit.

Also run the scanpst utility to check for corruption on the archive file.

It is only 31.7 MB in size... I will try the SCANPST Utility too though.
