Outlook Msg not wrapping words

Using Outlook 2003 with HTML format and Word 2003 as editor - word wrap is not happening. User is composing new message and it continuously stays on one line UNTIL Enter is pressed.

Any ideas? Unable to reproduce this on other machines.
