I have a user that cannot see any forwarded .msg attachments (someone sends an outlook message as an attachment) they show as attached but are invisible to the user. Also, right click does nothing in the message pane. The only way I can get either of these to run is to use outlook's safe mode, but I don't want my user to use safe mode all the time. I have removed mail profile (local .pst file), run scanpst.exe, uninstalled/reinstalled Office 2003, updated to the most recent patches. Any fixes or suggestions?
