Outlook message too wide for one page.

I thought it was a compatibility issue at first because she was using Office Small Business 2002 so I upgraded her to 2007. This has worked for me before, but not this time. I print the message just fine on a new Win 7 pc with the same 2007 Office. I then thought it might be her IE. So I took her from IE6 to IE8. It's still too wide when it prints. I'm thinking margins, but that would cause the same issue with other emails. Any help?

Does your print setup not have something like shrink to fit?

I looked, but couldn't find shrink to fit. I tried fit to one page, but that did nothing. "I" simply would copy and paste into Word and then change font size, but as the IT guy I have to fix it correctly for the user. If the message print fine on Win 7 with the same version of Outlook, I'm thinking she's missing an Office update. Her auto-updates were off, but I haven't tried that yet.
