I want to have a Outlook Message Rule (Tools->Rules Wizard) that would move a copy of for All Mails I sent to members of public mailing list X to another folder.
Basically I select->Apply this rule after sending->If recipient is list X->Move a copy to another folder. This is a Client side rule, but this simply doesn't work?? How could I get it to work so that I don't have to copy and paste the members' email addresses as the recipient name in the message rule??

Try...

Move messages I send to someone

Apply this rule after I send the message sent to people or distribution list (click on this to pick the names of the people or the distribution list and make sure you add them to the right column) move a copy to the specified folder (whatever folder you want them to move to)

or move messages based on content with specific words and specified folder.

Hope it helps.
