Outlook message "You do not have permission to log on"

I have been setting up users on our exchange server. I have one user that I am getting a message "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You do no have permission to log on" when I open her outlook on her PC. I am stumped because I think I have done everyting the same on all users. HELP!!!
