outlook message do not appear

I'm stumped. I'm using MS Office Outlook 2003, and some but not all of the emails that I've received do not show the message. On my blackberry I can see the email's message, but not on my PC. Also, when I open the reply window, I can then see the mesage. What could I have done, or what can I do to solve this?

I fixed this, I checked the box "Read all standard mail in plain text" under tools -> options -> preferences -> E-mail Options
