Outlook menu not working

I am looking at something someone else wrote, so bear with me. Basically it is an Outlook calendar app. There is a pulldown menu with 2 links on it. The problem is that when I click on them nothing happens.

I go into the Outlook toolbar, right click Customize and can see the macros i want to link to. I drag them onto the menu no problem, but when I click on them nothing happens. The user has been upgraded to Office 2003, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
