Exchange 2000 with Mac Outlook 2001 clients . A user is sending meeting requests to several other users who receive them fine . The problem is that the request is also being sent to mailboxes which no longer exist ie people who have left the company and have had their mailboxes deleted . I'm pretty sure this is a permissions issue but am unsure where too look to resolve the problem .

Any help greatly appreciated

Some of your invitees have those people that left the company as delegates in Outlook. When your admin removed the mailbox that does not automatically remove the delegate from a users Outlook.

They need to check their delegates tab to see who they have listed as delegates and removed any old references.

Hello There.

We have exactly the same problem with one user. have checked Delegates on mailbox, and there is nothing there. Searched AD for the old user and no sign anywhere. Have deleted user who still works here and recreated her account, but still no change. Old account is always present in Email Internet Headers.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.
