outlook meeting requests

I have a user who when she sends a meeting request to a person and that person
accepts the returned email goes straight into her deleted items folder and not
into her inbox.
she is using a mac with outlook 8.22 and sending requests to both pc's using
outlook 2000 and mac's using 8.22
is there a setting i cannot find to make them go to her inbox.

Any chance a rule was written to send mail from the user to deleted? If it ain't broken, play with it till it breaks.

In Outlook 97, go to Tools - Options - Email and go to the "Settings for Automatic Processing." If "Delete receipts and blank responses after processing" is checked, uncheck it.


Must be similar in 2000.
